The introduction in France of the Grenelle I environmental law and its upcoming Grenelle II follow-up will have immediate repercussions on the contractual relationships between landlord and tenants.
However, for the most part these parties are free to set their own contractual agenda in their lease agreements.
Through this website, we would like to present a document that we have developed: the Green Lease.
It sets out model form and example clauses intended for use in addition to the other clauses found in a French commercial lease..
